New Server Migration (Resolved)
  • Priority - Critical
  • Affecting Server - Alpha Server
  • The BHM-1 server is being migrated onto a brand new, more powerful server which will include the latest versions of cPanel and CentOS.

    The migration will begin in two weeks and be completed within one week. Ensuring your total satisfaction with this process is of primary concern. We plan to facilitate the migration as quickly and seamlessly as possible, utilizing off-peak hours. The migration process itself will result in an exact copy of your account being moved to our new server while maintaining the most up-to-the-minute data.
    This is a planned, scheduled outage and clients will be contacted by email should any delays or problems occur. Once the data switchover is complete, we will begin diverting all traffic to the new server so that you do not miss any traffic or experience any connectivity problems.
    Please be aware, that with all server maintenance, users may experience minimal amounts of downtime, including: email outage and slow website loading speeds.
